Welcome to Renex Digital (renex.com.bd). These Terms & Conditions explain how we provide LED display products and services in Bangladesh, including indoor LED video walls, outdoor LED billboards, rental LED screens, controllers, power supplies and installation support.
By using our website, requesting a quotation, or purchasing any product/service from us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Introduction
Renex Digital is an engineering-focused LED display solution provider in Bangladesh. We supply indoor LED displays, outdoor LED billboards, rental LED screens, controllers, power supplies and related accessories, along with project-based installation and after-sales service.
2. Product sourcing & authenticity
Some products may be sourced/imported based on project scope and availability. Final brand/model, specification, warranty duration and scope are confirmed in the official quotation and/or invoice.
3. Product information & pricing
Website information (specs, images, descriptions) is for general guidance. Final pricing depends on technical and project factors (pixel pitch, environment, cabinet type, controller plan, power plan, installation scope, structure work, location and logistics).
A quotation becomes valid only when issued as an official written proposal that clearly states configuration, scope, payment terms, delivery conditions and validity period.
4. Orders & payments
Payment terms vary by project and will be mentioned in the official quotation. For imported/custom items, work typically starts after written confirmation and agreed advance payment is received.
5. Delivery & installation
Delivery/installation timelines depend on stock/import lead time, project size, site readiness, structure/civil works, power and earthing availability, weather and safety conditions.
The client is responsible for site readiness unless the quotation explicitly includes civil/structure/electrical works.
6. Warranty & service
Warranty duration and coverage depend on product type and project scope and are confirmed in the quotation/invoice. Warranty generally covers manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions.
Warranty may not cover physical damage, water damage for non-waterproof items, unstable electricity (no earthing/over-voltage), lightning/fire, site issues, or unauthorized repair/modification.
7. After-sales support & AMC
After-sales support may include remote troubleshooting, on-site service (as applicable), parts replacement (as per scope) and optional AMC for uptime-focused clients. Response handling depends on location, scope and priority.
8. Cancellation & refunds
Many LED and AV items are project-based and may be imported/custom configured. After confirmation/procurement starts, cancellation or refund may not be applicable unless explicitly agreed in writing.
9. Limitation of liability
Renex Digital is not responsible for indirect/consequential losses (such as business interruption) due to downtime or site issues. Any liability, where applicable, is limited as per the written contract or invoice value unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.
10. Client responsibilities
For safe and stable operation, the client should ensure proper power supply and earthing, safe structure/mounting, ventilation space (where applicable), and follow basic operating guidance.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms to reflect new services or business practices. The latest version will be available on this page.
