An LED display is a flat panel made of thousands of tiny light-emitting diodes (LEDs) that create bright images, video and text. In Bangladesh, LED displays are widely used for indoor video walls, outdoor billboards, digital signage, control rooms, corporate offices, universities, shopping malls, TV studios and event stages.

Indoor LED displays are designed for controlled lighting environments such as boardrooms, studios, showrooms and classrooms. They use lower brightness and fine pixel pitch (for example P1.25, P1.53, P1.86, P2.5, P3). Outdoor LED displays are high-brightness, weather-protected (IP65 or above) and usually use larger pixel pitch such as P4, P6, P8 or P10 to be visible from a long distance beside the road.

In most projects, LED display price in Bangladesh is calculated per square foot or per square metre of active LED area. The final amount depends on pixel pitch, LED brand, brightness level, cabinet type, controller, power supplies, MS structure, signal & power cabling, installation height and after-sales service scope. Two screens with the same size can have different prices if the configuration is not the same.

For close viewing distance inside a meeting room or studio, fine pixel pitch such as P1.25, P1.53, P1.86 or P2.5 is recommended. For medium viewing distance in auditoriums, showrooms or university halls, P3 or P4 works well. For large outdoor billboards and gate displays beside highways, P6, P8 or P10 is usually the most practical and cost-effective option.

A complete LED display solution usually includes LED modules, cabinets or frame, power supplies, receiving and sending cards, controller (NovaStar, Colorlight or Huidu), signal & power cabling, MS structure, installation work, configuration, testing and basic training. For some indoor projects, UPS or stabilizer and sound system may also be recommended.

Renex Digital offers 1–4 years warranty depending on the LED module brand, configuration and project type. Indoor fine-pitch LED walls often receive 2–4 years warranty, while outdoor LED billboards typically receive 1–3 years. Power supplies and controllers usually carry 1-year brand warranty. Warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions and does not cover physical damage, water ingress, unstable electricity or third-party modifications.

Yes. For short-term events such as corporate programs, product launches, concerts or university events, renting an LED screen can be more cost-effective than buying. Rental LED screens use lightweight rental cabinets, fast rigging systems and event-grade processors so that the screen can be installed and dismantled quickly while maintaining high-quality video performance.

Before installation, the client should ensure that civil work and MS structure are ready, stable three-phase or single-phase power is available with proper earthing, mounting points are accessible, and there is safe working space for technicians. For outdoor screens, water leakage from the roof or wall must be controlled. Proper planning of data and power cable routes also helps reduce installation time and avoid rework.
