Rehearse the video and camera workflow
List the playback laptop, presentation computer, camera switcher and other sources. Test source changes, scaling and the fallback picture during rehearsal. Keep a copy of approved media and the screen mapping with the event crew.

- Changing the content aspect ratio after the mapping and stage layout are approved.
- Calling a package fully backed up without defining which failure paths it covers.

Is rental pricing the same as a module price per square foot?
No. Rental depends on the screen configuration, event duration, logistics, crew, processing and other included services. A module supply reference is a different commercial basis.
How do we confirm that the screen looks good on camera?
Test the complete screen and camera setup during rehearsal. Use the actual frame rate, shutter settings and brightness, and confirm any supported synchronisation features with the supplier.
What should a backup plan state?
Name the failure being covered, the spare or alternate path, the person responsible and the switching procedure. Content, signal and power contingencies should be described separately.
